Maintenance Request Form

PLEASE NOTE: Our maintenance request form has been moved to our new tenant portal, located here.

Step 1: Request access to your tenant portal here.

Step 2: Once you have been granted access to the portal, you’ll be able to complete your profile.

Step 3: Use the tenant portal to pay rent, set up automatic payments and/or submit maintenance requests.

Paying Rent

Rent is due on the 1st and considered late on the 5th. Late fees will apply.

Effective immediately, we no longer accept cash for rent payments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We accept personal checks, cashier checks, and money orders. You can also utilize our new online payment portal here!

Make checks out to “River City and Rentals Northwest”.

Checks can be mailed to PO Box 185, Scappoose, OR 97056

Payment can be dropped off in person at the office Monday-Friday 10am-4pm.
