Paying Rent
Rent is due on the 1st and considered late on the 5th. Late fees will apply.
We do NOT accept cash for rent payments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We accept personal checks, cashier checks, and money orders. You can also utilize our new online payment portal here!
Make checks out to “River City and Rentals Northwest”.

Payment can be dropped off in person at the office drop box.
